My weekend was simply perfect. It started on Friday, when I went to the gym with my brother, to do some exercises, escpecially running. I was planning to go somewhere in this weekend, because I started to miss my "Saturday excursions", so I asked my Mom to go to place near to Budapest. I haven't been there for a while, the weather was perfect to go to hiking a little bit, so on Saturday we went to Visegrád, where the River Danube makes a curve, official name is Danubebend. So and there is a castle on top of the hill, so we also went there to have a look at the beautiful view!!
After this little trip we went to an exhibition in which I was interested since I left to Germany. It closed this Sunday, so we decided to visit it on Saturday :) Just in time!! We were lucky, coz we could take part in a guided tour, so in this was the exhibition was much more interesting. By the way the exhibition is called "The other" (http://www.amasik.hu/en), and it was about the cultural differences and the perception of other cultures in a European point of view. There were some really interesting parts, and interactive solutions, and completed with the guide's stories, the whole exhibition was amazing. Just a little bit long, because we finished one hour after when the museum usually closes.
So we had to hurry, because I was invited to a kinda party to my friends place. I was late a little bit, but it was no problem. Finally I met some other friends I haven't seen since September or something, and we were playing some stand-up-comedy also.
Then on Sunday, I hardly could wake up, but then I started to cook the Sunday lunch. And the memories came into my mind, because I prepared the same meal what we ate in Schwenningen for the first time on Sunday. Okay, it was easier to prepare due to the kitchen tools and the ingredients (sour cream:)) ), but anyway I am missing my regular Sunday lunches with Schwenningen friends. :((
In the afternoon as a nice closing of this perfect weekend I went to the cinema with Levi, and the movie wasn't bad as the Argentinien one. On the contrary, it was a funny US movie, but not the Hollywood type, so I enjoyed a lot. Check the trailer, if you want to relax a bit, I suggest to watch this movie! That's mainly all about my weekend...finally I did many things, so I had fun :))
